On the Day Coordination
If you already have your wedding planned to a T and just want a professional to oversee it to perfect execution, this is the ideal option for you!
Our team of planners have many years experience in ensuring the smooth running of our couples’ big days. From confirming all vendors the day prior, ensuring Grandma has the best seat in the house, and no groomsman are passing out mid ceremony (yes that actually does happen!) we’ve got you covered. Starting the day prior with vendor confirmations and staying onsite until all of the formalities are over (generally after first dance and cake cutting) we are by your side the whole way. Includes a full scheduling consult with your planner two weeks prior to the day so you know all your requirements are duly noted. On the Day includes 8-10 hours coordination with 1-2 coordinators as required. Surcharge for guests over 130*

Our wedding planning package includes everything you need from the start of your planning process through to the end.
We have an extensive range of professional vendors that we have built relationships with over our many years in the industry that we love to put forward for your consideration. We also love the opportunity to source new vendors and venues to perfectly match your specific needs. From invitations, hair & makeup artists, marquee providers, photographers, caterers or transportation – you name it and we have it! Where needed we utilise our professional space for your introductions to save the need for cafe or home meetings.
Our behind the scenes process is quite extensive, from compiling the vendors listed above and arranging meetings & tastings, we also liaise with vendors regarding applicable discounts, payment dates and/or plans, assist in building your wedding day run sheet, and ensure RSVP, accommodation and guest transportation requirements are all covered so there are no uncles planning on sleeping under the festoon lights at night! Our quoted pricing also includes the Styling Concept & Creation for the consultation, design, and unlimited mood boards of all of your styling items – whether sourced through us or our liaison companies. Hire & setup costs are additional.
By utilising us for your bridal party & reception florals we provide the ability to reduce costs on additional delivery charges. We can however provide pricing from us in addition to some of our key suppliers during the quotation & selection process. Sometimes it’s nice to keep the amount of vendors and payments to a minimum, however there is no pressure whatsoever. If you already have some of your dream vendors in place that too is welcomed – we can jump right in wherever you are at in your planning journey to assist and make the process smoother.
