Styling Concept & Creation is the perfect choice for couples who are seeking a refined, professional touch to shape the overall aesthetic and styling direction.
Our experienced stylists work closely with you to thoughtfully curate your wedding design, transforming your ideas into a cohesive, beautifully considered concept. From initial inspiration through to execution, we bring your vision from the drawing board to life with intention, creativity and impeccable attention to detail.
When you choose our service, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with one of our stylists. They will meet with you either in our custom-built styling studio on the Gold Coast or via phone or zoom if necessary. During the 1-hour preliminary consultation, you’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and ideas for your wedding.
To help you visualize your concepts, our team will create a mock table setup and additionally, if needed, our stylists can create a visual proposal that captures the overall aesthetic of your wedding.
Throughout your wedding styling process, you will have access to our professional team via phone and email. They will provide assistance and guidance as needed, ensuring that your vision is brought to life and working alongside you to confirm your dream day as it becomes closer.
Please note that staffing, hire, and setup costs are additional and will be quoted based on your specific wedding concept. These costs may vary depending on the complexity and scale of your desired styling elements.

On the Day Set Up
From $1600 ex gst
Our On the Day Setup service is thoughtfully designed for couples who have their wedding styling, hire and overall design beautifully curated, and simply require a polished, professional hand to bring physical pieces together on the day.
With a meticulous eye for detail, our experienced team will carefully install the items you have personally sourced or hired from our DIY collection — including candles, menus, place cards and favours — ensuring each element is perfectly placed and seamlessly executed.
Please note, this service is limited to basic wedding styling only and does not include the setup of additional items such as cutlery, glassware, napkins, charger plates, stationery design, table mock-ups or layouts, high quantity-based styling, floral installation or complex build elements. Should your vision require a more comprehensive styling and installation approach, our Styling Concept & Creation package is for you.
Your dedicated on the day stylist will guide you to the most suitable option during the quotation process based on the extent and required time for your setup.
Additional fees may apply depending on your selected services, staffing requirements, venue location, guest numbers and the overall complexity of the setup. This pricing excludes bump-out services. Further charges may apply where venues impose restricted or shortened bump-in timeframes upon confirmation of venue times which for some venues can be up to 7 days prior.
