Our Styling Concept & Creation service is designed to help you bring all your wedding ideas together into a cohesive and stunning concept. We understand that sorting through your saved boards on Pinterest and Instagram can be overwhelming, which is why our experienced wedding stylists are here to assist you.
When you choose our service, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with one of our stylists. They will meet with you either in our custom-built styling studio on the Gold Coast or via phone if necessary. During the 1-hour preliminary consultation, you’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and ideas for your wedding.
To help you visualize your concepts, our team will create a mock table setup and additionally, if needed, our stylists can create a mood board that captures the overall aesthetic of your wedding.
Alongside the mock table setup and mood board, you will also receive a table spread floor plan and an itemized quotation to help work within your dream wedding concepts and your ideal styling & floral budget.
Throughout your wedding styling process, you will have unlimited access to our professional team via phone and email. They will provide assistance and guidance as needed, ensuring that your vision is brought to life and working alongside you to confirm your dream day as it becomes closer.
Please note that staffing, hire, and setup costs are additional and will be quoted based on your specific wedding concept. These costs may vary depending on the complexity and scale of your desired styling elements.

On the Day Set Up
From $1400 inc gst
Do you have basic styling items sorted, or are hiring items from our For Hire Section & just need a professional to set them out on the day? Our On the Day Wedding stylists have the experience and the attention to detail that will bring all the elements of your special day into perfect alignment. Because let’s face it, sometimes having the table setting done by the aunties (bless them) just won’t quite cut it! Our On The Day Setup includes 2x staff for basic setup like place-cards, favours, candles, flower placement etc. Please note this does not cover more extensive styling concepts including but not limited to cutlery, glassware, charger plates that require more time and execution to complete.
